I have worked for Vale since being moved over from The Maltings in October 2024. I find Michelle, Scott and the team very supportive and will always do what they can to make the job run smoothly. It's clearly and fairly mapped out what's expected and they constantly update us on how we are doing always in a positive way and they do everything they can to make us feel supported in our various roles

Hi I’m Julie. I do the VCSL Accounts and Payroll and I love working with figures. Management trust me to get on with my job and give great support. I’m in the office mornings Monday - Friday if staff have any payroll questions. Also for clients with invoicing queries. I have worked for VCSL since February 2003 so have watched the company go through difficult times as well as positive times. The company has grown exponentially in the last 4 years and I cannot wait to see what happens next!

I have worked for VCSL since 1996, I started as a Cleaning Operative initially and then was promoted to a supervisor. I enjoy working for the company and feel very supported by management in my role. I look forward to working with so many personalities each day and take pride in my work ensuring that each area is well taken care of and clean for the busy day ahead.
